Property Management

We can refer you to one of our dedicated property managers. We work closely with them and task them to find you the best tenants, ready to move in as soon as your house is completed.

Our property managers’ responsibilities extend far beyond just the collection of rents, as their aim is to reduce your risks, increase your returns and greatly cut down your time commitment.

This includes expert execution of the following property management duties:

Performing rigorous tenant screening processes to find you the best, most reliable, high-quality tenants from the outset – tenants who exhibit a willingness to care for your house as if it were their own, and credentials to remain as tenants for an extended period of time.

Setting and increasing your optimal rental amounts to ensure you are earning the best rate that your property commands, all the time.

The carrying out of regular appraisals based on your property’s unique location, in order to increase your rental accordingly over time and assess the growth in your property’s value. 

Collecting rent from your tenants on time so that you are never inconvenienced financially.

Performing routine inspections of your property, to ensure that your tenants continue to care for it and to handle all repairs and maintenance issues over time. 

Payment of property-related expenses (such as rates) are paid out of the rental income collected on your behalf, and later detailed in your monthly rental statements.

All administration and paperwork, including legal requirements, are overseen by your property manager to ensure all is kept in order.

All communication with the tenant is done via your property manager (as your agent), so that you are only ever notified on points that require your knowledge and consent.

It is not a requirement for any of our clients to use our property managers. However - as ours are tried and tested - the majority of our existing clients do so.
